  • One night’s accommodation will be required on 7 June 2024 to confirm all allocated rooms. Delegates will pay the remaining room nights directly to The Hotel upon check out and can request a tax invoice from The Hotel at this time.
  • Your payment will be forwarded to your hotel and credited to your room account.
  • There is a credit card surcharge of 0.85% applies for all payments made credit or debit cards.
  • Cancellation after 7 June and no shows will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the booking period.
